Items sold by E-Autosports (E Auto Inc.) may not be legal for street use in all states. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. Buyer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, E Auto Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, or act of nature/God, Allah, Jehovah, etc. All products are intended for off-highway uses only, and should be used for their intended purposes only. E Auto Inc. does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of the products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. E Auto Inc. is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.

Price Matching does not price match competitors but will honor our advertised prices on specials or promotions posted on forums or printed advertisements. For your convenience, all of our most current pricing is listed on our web site and updated in real-time.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping into states where we have or may have nexus for state tax purposes under applicable laws. Therefore all orders shipping into California will be charged sales tax of 10%.

Duty Tax, Customs, Brokerage Fees


For International shipments and orders shipping to US territories - Puerto Rico, Virgin Island and Canada, a duty tax and brokerage fee may apply and UPS will collect the fees from you upon delivery of your order. Shipping charges shown on your invoice does not include such charges. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for such fees and taxes.


All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 25% restocking fee will be apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Most products are shipped with a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Customers must inform of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the received date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except:

  • Products are non-refundable once they are used or installed

All returned products must be in original packaging and in new condition. 

Physical Damage Policy

Physical damage to any product purchased at will effectively void warranty coverage and privilege for refund. For fiberglass and carbon fiber products, improper installation and/or improper use may cause product to chip, break or crack. Products that are chipped, broken or cracked are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.. Forcing a bumper into position will not solve an installation problem and may consequently void any applicable warranty coverage. Manufactures and distributors will not accept physically damaged items back from . As a result, will return any physically damaged items back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply. No refund after 30 days.

Special Orders

We need to charge in full amount for all Special orders. Once the order placed, we cannot cancel the order

Back-orders sells a wide selection of products from various brands, due to the nature of this industry, some hot selling items may become backordered. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. However, to guarantee the availability of the backordered products, we must charge a full deposit upon your verbal approval. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can in good faith sell to a customer. In that instance, we will refund your credit/debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges.

Order status will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail.

Order Changes

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call 1-626-444-1108 during's hours of operation to request a change to your order.  We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Cancel orders

You may request an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 1-626-444-1108 during's hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-2 business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
