Great feel to this wheel. Excellent craftmanship. Easy installation with youtube video to assist. Yes it works with paddle shifters. JUst unscrew them from the steering wheel and reinstall on new wheel. Very hard to get on steering shaft. Definitely grease the splines and push very hard to get it started, and then use the nut to move the wheel down the shaft, but only after being very sure you have enough threads to firmly engage the nut. It is almost unavoidable you will need an alignment. I did. Lining up your tape lines correctly will almost assure that, as the splines just don't match up from one wheel to the next.
